The view of the polders is so unique and calming that you will spend long hours on the bow or the spacious rooftop terrace of the Home.

On board you have all the comfort. A double bed of 1m60, separated on both sides, spacious wardrobe, bathroom with a roomy shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, spacious living area with smart TV.

You arrive on board and your bed is made. The bath linen is also ready for you.

The Griffioen Home is suitable for two guests. Pets are not allowed.

The Griffioen Home and the Tiny Griffin are situated side by side in the Westhoek-Marina marina on the Plassendalekanaal in Nieuwpoort in a very quiet setting. The view of the water and the Polders is incredibly calming.The houseboats are accessible via a private access road that is closed with a boom gate. I will provide the code which allows the arrival time to be very flexible. The harbourmaster greatly appreciates that you do not drive faster than 20 km/h so that the track remains maintainable.
